REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Regulatory Strategy Call — $650 All Strategy Call fees are non-refundable. This session fee represents reserved time, preparation, and the delivery of expert regulatory guidance specific to your device. If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the call or no-shows forfeit the full session fee with no credit or transfer.

Regulatory Pathway Assessment — $1,750 The 50% deposit paid upon engagement is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers research and preparation time that begins immediately upon receipt. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the written report. Once the report has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Fractional Regulatory Retainer — $2,200/month Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable. Each month’s payment covers dedicated availability, reserved capacity, and ongoing advisory services rendered throughout that month. Unused hours within a given month do not carry forward or result in credit or refund.

Why no refunds? Unlike physical products, regulatory consulting involves time, expertise, preparation, and opportunity cost that cannot be recovered once committed. Every engagement begins with meaningful work before the first deliverable is received.
